OXITEC Economy Sintermetall-Filterkopf L = 500 mm Der Filterkopf besteht aus korrosionsbeständigem Edelstahl 1.4571 (316ss) und besitzt einen Sintermetallfilter. Die Basissonde besitzt einen Filterkopf mit eine Länge von ca. 500 mm, wodurch die Messsonde diese Eintauchtiefe erreicht. Größere Eintauchtiefen werden durch entsprechend längere Filterköpfe erreicht. Der Filterkopf sitzt im Rauchgaskanal an der Sondenspitze über dem ZrO2-Sensor. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Diffusionsfilter, der auch bei hohen Staubbeladungen nicht verschmutzt. Zur Überprüfung der Messgenauigkeit und bei Kalibrierung des OXITEC-O2-Analysensystemes wird mit Luft oder einem beliebigen anderen Prüfgas, mit bekannter O2-Konzentration, das Filtervolumen gespült und Prüfgas statt Rauchgas wird gemessen.
