Returns and refunds for industrial sourcing orders depend on supplier terms, product condition, custom sourcing status, documentation, manufacturer restrictions and whether the item was supplied according to the confirmed quotation.

RFQ-specific orders

Many industrial parts, obsolete references, custom-sourced items and special-order components may not be returnable once confirmed, sourced or shipped.

Review process

Any return request must include order reference, product details, photos, packaging condition and reason for review. Approval is not automatic and may require supplier confirmation.
